By downloading or using Postpartum Plus (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Postpartum Plus is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The content, plans, scores, suggestions, and AI responses in the App are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, lactation consultant, mental health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have regarding your health, your recovery, your baby's health, or any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this App.

If you believe you or your baby are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. The App is not a substitute for emergency care.

The AI Advice Hub uses third-party large language models to generate responses. These responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. They should be treated as a starting point for your own research and conversations with qualified professionals — not as authoritative guidance. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription, now or in the future. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to its terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Journal entries, photos, logs, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content") belong to you. Because Your Content is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it and do not claim any rights to it.

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postpartum Plus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Postpartum Plus from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
